Travel:
Malta has one international airport situated in Luqa, the Malta International Airport [MLA], sometimes also referred to as the Luqa International Airport or the Valletta International Airport. This is situated in the southern part of Malta, some 10 kilometers away from the Conference venue, the Cavalieri Art Hotel in St. Julian’s.

Airport transfers:
To facilitate the transfer between the airport and St. Julian’s, we have reached an agreement with the private company “Cancu Coaches” to provide our participants and their guests with a special rate for airport transfers. All vehicles are fully air-conditioned and the price of the transfer depends on the number of passengers travelling at the same time. The company will do its utmost to group the passengers so as to keep the transfer cost for our guests as low as possible and guarantees a maximum waiting window of 1 hour.

For further detailed information about your transfer and for making your reservations, please send an e-mail on [email protected] indicating clearly:

• the name of our Conference (ECCO XXXII - Malta) in the subject of your e-mail;
• whether you are reserving the transfer from the airport, to the airport, or both;
• the exact date and time of arrival at MLA and/or departure from MLA;
• your flight number/s;
• the number of passengers you are making the reservation for;
• your names.

You are encouraged to make your reservations by Thursday 23rd May 2019 to avoid being disappointed.

All the rooms that were available at the Conference venue, the 4-star Cavalieri Art Hotel, at an advantageous price are now fully taken. THIS OFFER IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Participants are kindly asked to make their own accommodation arrangements.

For information purposes, the discounted price offered by the Cavalieri Art Hotel for the Conference participants on bed and breakfast basis was as shown below.
